[Catalyst] keeping multiple Catalyst applications up to date

You could put them up on some private space and say “these are
unlikely to work for you” along with some annotations in the code
about what expectations of their environment the scripts have.
Whoever has the inclination/need could then have a go at them.

(Maybe put up a beer reward for that?)
