[Catalyst] Fix for Catalyst::Model::File tests under Win32

There's a patch attached to this message which fixes
Catalyst::Model::File failing tests under Win32 (and possibly under
other weird platforms too).

They failed because of some hard-coded "/" being compared to the
result of Path::Class manipulations, which vary according to the
platform.
