[Catalyst] Catalyst::Manual::Tutorial - "Configuring" problem

OK, the problem was simple - I put greet.tt in TestApp/root/templates - it
needs to be in

TestApp/templates

(i.e. the pat is relative to the project root, not the dir called "root" ...
of course ...)

thanks for pointing me to the example which clarified things quickly
