[Catalyst] Catalyst on windows installation

Hello,

For anyone who's interested I put up a page documenting an install of
Task::Catalyst on Windows with ActivePerl at:

Disclaimer:
It's a work in progress. It's more of a journal than a tutorial.
Therefore it doesn't cover every conceivable install scenario, though
I'd like to think it's pretty broad in coverage. Also there may be swear
words appearing (ppm ain't exactly the easiest tool to handle).
