[Catalyst] HTML-Widget/META.yml fix

HTML-Widget/META.yml is not valid yaml syntax,
(it even says  generated_by: Module::Build version 0.2609, without YAML.pm)

as a result the Module::Install install procedure fails,

the attached patch fixes this (hopefully)
