[Catalyst] Catalyst::Plugin::FillInForm

Next try...

Because my first try to improve Catalyst::Plugin::FillInForm only 
resulted in a discussion about proper use of the UNIVERSAL package,
I now go the straight way and post a patch.

I would be veeery happy if this gets applied.
