[Catalyst] newbie Q&A

Hi people

Finally had some time recently to study catalyst in a bit more depth. While
I was at it, I put together a Q&A of some of the questions that took my a
while to figure out (or caused me to ask a bunch of questions on IRC ...)

I'm using my blogger to do this because I find it easier to edit for now.
Might well copy/link it to the wiki at some later date, if it progresses
into something generally useful ... there are a few existing things that are
a bit similar there, I didn't really want to add another one. But perhaps it
may be of some use to someone.

please feel hit me back with any comments or corrections, I'm still working
this out and there can still be wrong stuff in there ...
