[Catalyst] Catalyst update issues

I posted a howto install CatInABox on NearlyFreeSpeech.net on this list 
on Feb 12, 2006, 5:30 PM. It's a messy procedure but it works. There 
might be some clues in my post as to why the NFSN admin cannot get the 
Task::Cat install to work. Possibly...
