[Catalyst] writing a test suite for my app

I'm thinking that

ok ( request('public/natlang'))

should pass.

[ ok ( request('/public/natlang')) works, which is fine by me ... though I'd
have expected this to not work first as the first / belongs to the docroot
in cat, doesn't it? ]
