[Catalyst] file error - books/delete.tt2

Sounds like delete isn't properly forwarding to list.  What does your delete 
action look like?  (Is it exactly copied from the tutorial?  Also, the newest 
version of the tutorial is 0.02.  Try reading that one instead.)
