[Catalyst] InstantCRUD and Windows

Hi,

Thanks for the report.  Unfortunately I don't normally use Windows so I also
cannnot program for it.  Currently the test suite for Instant is also not
really meant for Windows.  I need someone with Windows experience to join
our team.
