[Catalyst] Sessions not working with Store::File State Cookie

So great, after updating both modules it worked.

Seems like I overlooked the missing pending updates for State::URI and
State::Cookie, now it works as expected out of the box.
The amount of output for install Task::Catalayst was too overwhelming ;-)
