[Catalyst] Dependency mismatch in C::P::Auth::Store::DBIC

After upgrading Catalyst::Plugin::Authenticiation::Store::DBIC I started
getting the following error at server startup:

Base class package "Catalyst::Plugin::Authentication::User" is empty.
(Perhaps you need to 'use' the module which defines that package first.)

/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/Catalyst/Plugin/Authentication/Store/DBIC/User.pm
line 5

It seems that C::P::Auth::Store::DBIC depends on C::P::Auth 0.10004 or
above from 0.07 onwards, but this is not reflected in Makefile.PL
