[Catalyst] Building Catalyst::Devel on Solaris 10 11/06

IO::Compress in LWP fails to build, because there is no XS support in  
Scalar::Util in Perl 5.8.4 included with Solaris.  The solution,  
supplied buy kd and mst is to go to CPAN shell and force install  
Scalar::Util.

Nice tip that might save someone a lot of time.
