[Catalyst] Patch for C::Manual::Intro about :Private attribute being exclusive

Hi Everyone,

Phaylon asked me to send this manual patch in, it adds a sentence to  
the effect that Catalyst's :Private attribute is exclusive and will  
not work with other attributes.
