[Catalyst] Single Sign-On in Catalyst?

OpenID and TypeKey auth plugins exist, but no CAS plugin yet.

Authentication plugins are fairly easy to develop though, so you're
more than welcome to add support

Note that the authentication plugin's api has changed recently, so
TypeKey and OpenID will need to be brought up to date to use in the
same app as a new plugin adhering to the new api.

Bringing this up on #catalyst is prboably the best way to go about
starting to write a CAS plugin.
