Well, it was a bit confusing since C:P::Cache::Store::FastMmap seemed
to imply that it was not longer needed -- i.e. that it worked with
Cache::FastMmap.

The author uploaded version 1.23 of Cache::FastMmap a few hours ago to
CPAN which seems to work with Catalyst now.
