[Catalyst] Newbie question about keeping the server running

Hi, the website we are building currently stops "working" after a certain
amount of inactivity.  When I come in in the morning, on the server side it
looks like it is still running, but the website is inaccessible.  I just
read some about keep-alive.  Is that what I would set to keep the site up?
