[Catalyst] Code for my book in non-Word form

Hi all,

I've gotten tired of hearing complaints about the code for the book only
being available as word documents. It's probably not very nice of me to
say that providing code for a technical book about an open source
software in a proprietary, binary, non-executable format is retarded,
but ... it's retarded. It's not something I would have even thought of
:)

Anyway, runnable code is now available from:

  http://jrock.us/Catalyst-Book-Code-20080131.tar.gz

This file untars to a directory for each project as it appears at the
end of each chapter. You may need to install modules and create
databases as per the instructions in the book... but you should mostly
be able to cd to the directory, perl Makefile.PL, and run the app.

Note that unlike a certain chapter 3, the code in this archive actually
works :)

Finally, in case you hadn't heard, a community-maintained list of errata
is available from

  http://catwiki.toeat.com/thebookerrata

As far as I'm concerned, this is the canonical location for the errata.

If something confuses you, just edit the wiki. I check for updates
regularly, so you don't need to email me personally if you find a typo.
If you have a question, though, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Regards,
Jonathan Rockway
