For both of your problems, check the code at http://
dev.catalyst.perl.org/repos/Catalyst/trunk/examples/Tutorial/
Final_Tarballs_Per_Part/MyApp_Part9_FormFu.tgz
Using that code (unmodified) should tell you where you've gone
wrong. If it doesn't work then come back and ask again.
