[Catalyst] Processing of Ajax response template

Hello,

My name is Marc, I'm having a problem with the html that is processed in my
template from an ajax request.

The template that is processed for the request contains an script tag with
js yahoo, my problem is that when the request process is complete all the
content is updated excepts the script tag content which disappears.

Do you have any idea about what is going on?

I hope I explained myself properly.
