ppm.tcool.org says that it doesn't support ActivePerl 5.10, which I'm using. 
Perhaps that's why I didn't see the latest Catalyst version.  I'm going to
downgrade to 5.8.8 since that's the version incumbent on my development and
production servers anyway.
