[Catalyst] Couldn't instantiate component "AddressBook::Model::AddressDB"

[Kiffin Gish]

Can you please be specific when you mean the 'other' book? I thought
there is only one Catalyst book available now and it is the Packt book,
or am I mistaken? Which then is the 'correct' book I should be using?
