[Catalyst] Partial page cache plugin

where are the pain points right now? In what way could it be made better/easier 
to use?

I don't remember now why I switched to the [now defunct] CHI plugin other than 
that something about the Cache plugin just failed to work for me and when CHI 
worked I stuck with it. It could just as easily have been pebkac.

I guess I'm saying that I'd be happy to have a go at some patches if I had some 
sense of what isn't working for people with the current design.

Consider this a general gripe request. :)
