[Catalyst] Catalyst::Script::FastCGI ignores --daemon option (internally it is --detach)

As of Catalyst::Runtime 5.8.16, Catalyst::Script::FastCGI is buggy and 
ignores the --daemon option.

Looking at the source, I think it is mistakenly looking for --detach, 
although it is documented as wanting --daemon.
