[Catalyst] New CGI::FormBuilder Google Group

Hi all,

Apologies for this being slightly off-topic, but some people have emailed
asking me if FormBuilder is still being actively maintained.  Usually this
is in the context of a new Catalyst project.

While I sadly have little time to maintain FB these days, I am still very
interested in seeing it continue living.  So to address these concerns, I'm
opening up FormBuilder to a wider developer audience, to ensure it's
properly maintained.

The code is now in Google Code, and I've created a FormBuilder Google Group
to (finally!) replace the dead fbusers mailing list.  The group is available
here:

Furthermore, if you are interested in contributing to FormBuilder, please
email me, and I will add you as a developer to the project, so you can
commit patches/enhancements.  Currently, the following people are developers
on the project:

   Juan Camacho  (wrote the Catalyst plugin, mem leak patches)
   Victor Porton
   Mark Hedges
