For AutoCRUD[1] I discovered that ExtJS is now available from the
CacheFly CDN so we are freely permitted to point at those files:

http://extjs.cachefly.net/ext-2.2/adapter/ext/ext-base.js
http://extjs.cachefly.net/ext-2.2/ext-all.js
Now, out of the box AutoCRUD's TT just points to those and allows
override as before. Not sure if that's possible for the LiveGrid
files too, I've not checked.
