For AutoCRUD I discovered that ExtJS is now available from the
CacheFly CDN so we are freely permitted to point at those files:
Now, out of the box AutoCRUD's TT just points to those and allows
override as before. Not sure if that's possible for the LiveGrid
files too, I've not checked.
