[Catalyst] Announce (JSON|XML)-RPC modules

Hi,

Just had a question about these resurrected modules, will their
namespaces change in the future to
Catalyst::Controller::XMLRPC|JSONRPC like you see with other libraries
that do similar things? (e.g. Catalyst::Controller::SOAP)
