[Catalyst] Can't detect C::V::TT VERSION

Hi,

I am trying to install the prerequisites for a Catalyst app using `make ins=
talldeps` and although I have the required version of C::V::TT, it reports =
that it is not installed:

$ perl Makefile.PL
...
- Catalyst::View::TT                               ...missing. (would need =
0.34)
=3D=3D> Auto-install the 1 mandatory module(s) from CPAN? [y] =


$ perl -MCatalyst::View::TT -e 'print $Catalyst::View::TT::VERSION'
0.34


In Makefile.PL I have the following line:

requires 'Catalyst::View::TT' =3D> '0.34';

Do you have any idea what could be wrong?
