[Catalyst] A point of confusion/frustration on chained actions

Plus, there's an example at Catalyst::Manual::Cookbook.

Anyway, I don't see why the Catalyst wiki is completely different than the
documentation at CPAN. Makes more sense to me to have them merged and
expanded.
