[Catalyst] SIGINT triggers segfault in Oracle libraries

Does catalyst install a SIGINT handler?

Is there a way to trace perl execution after the INT signal is received?

I have a feeling that the Oracle libraries are getting called from a
DESTROY handler (just a guess).
