I probably have seen it a some point, but there are a number of issues  
in Catalyst with unicode working throughout seamlessly..

I've been building up having a really good hack on it all - haven't  
had the time to devote to it recently :(

Thanks for the pointer/reminder, I'll have a proper look, clarify the  
ticket and rfc in the next couple of days..
