[Catalyst] Git conversions

Hey guys,

So I've converted all of the DBIC repos from bast (our svn repo) that will
see new dev, and I got most of the Catalyst-Authentication modules
converted, as t0m had said he'd appreciate it.   If you'd like to see the
converted repos take a look at github.com/frioux.  That is not their
permanent home, just where I can keep them till people agree that I didn't
miss anything w/ the history.

Now, I'd go ahead and just convert the rest of the repos in the Catalyst
svn, but first off, I don't really know what's likely to get more dev and
second, I don't want to offend people by moving their projects from
underneath them.

So, if you are interested in having your repo converted, I am totally
willing to do it.  All I need from you is an email saying you are interested
and I need to you be willing to check the converted repo to ensure that it's
good.  I've gotten to the point that I can usually find missing merges,
correctly recreate tags, etc, but I'm not perfect and I'm not taking the
blame if you miss it :-)
