[Catalyst] Project specific templates for Helpers

Hi,

It looks like it ought to be possible to have project specific templates for the helpers. Eg

perl script/xxxx_create.pl controller yyyyyy xxxx_controller.tt

or perhaps put an appropriate line in the config file to point to the project template.

The template wouldn't from the standard much. It would just include a few standard modules and perhaps the base/parent module.

Does this facility exist or do you have to write a whole custom helper module?
