[Catalyst] YA CRUD module

It's about time I publish my first CPAN module and it happens to be
yet another CRUD module.

ps: there is http://search.cpan.org/~abraxxa/Catalyst-Controller-DBIC-API-2.004002/lib/Catalyst/Controller/DBIC/API.pm
which does the same and more much better.
