[Catalyst] CGI::FormBuilder update - 3.06

Hi all-

Since I know Catalyst supports FormBuilder as one of its form rendering
engines, I wanted to let you know that I just pushed CGI::FormBuilder 3.06
to CPAN.  This is the first update since 2007 and is mainly a maintenance
release with a couple bugfixes and utf8 features.

I know many have switched to FormFu since FormBuilder hadn't seen updates in
a while.  I expect FormBuilder will remain pretty low-activity, as it's been
stable for a good while, but there will be an HTML5 release in the near
future as well.
