[Catalyst] FCGI problem.

I can't say for certain, but it looks like neither the HTTP_HOST nor the SE=
RVER_NAME environment variables are set.  Whether this is what's causing th=
e FCGI to freak out remains to be seen, but if nobody else has a more autho=
ritative answer, this is the first thing I would try to remedy.
