[Catalyst] How to change default LICENSE in app and files

Hi

I was wondering if there's a way to change the default LICENSE that is adde=
d to each Controller through myapp_create.pl. =A0I'd like to use GNU Affero=
 GPL (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl.html)=A0=A0for a project.

I didn't see anything on the wiki or email archive.

Any help is appreciated.
