[Catalyst] Missing Catalyst/Plugin/Authentication/Roles.pm

Thanks very much.  Your suggestion prompted me to look again at the "use Catalyst qw/  /;" statement in the main package, and I had typed Authentication::Roles by mistake. The book's instructions are fine.  All's well.
