[Catalyst] How to change default LICENSE in app and files

Ok, so I've taken a peek at this. =A0It seems like it's more than adding an=
 option to catalyst.pl. =A0The Helper files as well as the=A0auto/share/dis=
t/Catalyst-Devel/lib/MyApp.pm.tt have the license hard coded.

This is going to be more difficult than I imagined. =A0I'll put it on my de=
velopment list. =A0
