[Catalyst] mod_fastcgi binaries for Win32

The Catalyst community wiki has some links to mod_fastcgi builds for Apache
on Win32 here:

all_Apache_FastCGI_module

However, the download links for those binaries don't seem to work.  Is
there some way that I can get access to those files easily?
