[Catalyst] /Depreci?ate/ message

We'll be removing the external package from Catalyst in the release after t=
he next one, so if you are not using regexp actions and don't manually add =
the package the problem will go away in a bit. =A0However I think adding an=
 %ENV to surpress is fine. =A0

I am sure the author would be happy to get a patch for this and to fix any =
spelling issues.

I think one line of "return if $ENV{CATALYST_SURPRESS_REGEXP_DEPRECATE_WARN=
ING}" in the following file would do it:

Just send the author a pull request. =A0I don't have time to do it myself b=
ut I can mentor someone if they have trouble figuring out how to get on git=
hub and do the fork, pull request, etc.
