[Config-loader] Config::Loader wiki

Hi All

I'm Clinton Gormley, the author of Config::Merge
(http://search.cpan.org/~drtech/Config-Merge-1.00/Merge.pm ).

Config::Loader is intended to be the new Config toolkit - providing
simplicity for basic users, and flexbility for power users.

You should all have received an invitation to participate in the design
from the Config::Loader WIKI on Google sites.

I've added all current list subscribers as "collaborators" so you should
all have permissions to edit the pages.

If you're interested, I suggest you subscribe to receive mail when the
site is updated.

After talking to Matt Trout, I've put my initial ideas up on the WIKI,
and would appreciate feedback from all.

I think that writing the code itself is nowhere near as difficult as
designing a decent user interface.

We all have our own ideas about what is best, but if this module is to
gain wide acceptance, we need to form some sort of consensus.

All comments appreciated.
