Hello,

I added some tests to exercise group_by/join for long relationship names in Oracle as you suggested in:

(Not sure if I'm following github protocol correctly or not -- first time cloning an existing project to submit a patch.)

Marked the failing tests as TODO.

If there's something you'd like to see adjusted, please just let me know.
