Just a quick note that I (at least) plan to show up on IRC at the
usual time.

Also it seemed there is confusion on whether we need to have a specific
agenda or not - IMO the key part is the specific time when "person X" can be
located on IRC for one question or another. If it turns out there are no
topics to discuss - we declare the meet over and repeat next week.
