We didn't end up agreeing on a different time, so I will show up tonight 
as usual at 22:00 UTC. Once again - I am open to a different time that
works better for everyone (both abraxxa and SineSwiper seemed to have trouble
with it).

Not much news from my side, EWORK :( I would really like to follow up on
the policy/agenda docs jnap was trying to outline. It seemed like everyone
wants this but there is uncertainty as to whether we all end up wanting the
same thing ;) So let's figure it out.
