I didn't word it correctly. I am not concerned that internet will fail -
if this happens the brews won't be able to get their perls, and will die
anyway. What I meant is I do not know how to do:

http://<something here>/DBIx-Class/<something more>/inc such that it 
will point to the *latest* DBIC on CPAN, not to a hardcoded 0.08204. If 
we don't do this, any M::I upgrade will require a change of the travis 
build which is rather suboptimal.
