[DBIx-Class-Devel] [sql-translator] fix Producer::SQLite::batch_alter_table rename field (#39)

I'm beginning to wonder whether the 'bug' I thought I saw was more to do with sqlite being fussy rather than anything else. Seems maybe Pg and MySQL can cope with broken DBIC schema designs better than SQLite. Closing this for now.
