[DBIx-Class-Devel] [sql-translator] NuoDB Producer (#71)

Create [NuoDB](http://www.nuodb.com/) DDL from XML-SQLFairy, NuoDB Producer.

It works good enough for my current use, but I am willing to maintain and continue to submit improvements.
