[DBIx-Class-Devel] [dbix-class] Addition to Storage::DBI::DB2 (#10)

This was stupidly closed back in the day, reopening.

@mattp- now that we have actual DB2 testing on the CI - could you possibly look at writing tests for this? Perhaps modeled on the (admittedly **really** messy) [Firebird test](https://github.com/dbsrgits/dbix-class/commit/e1958268#diff-6aa4e191e5485904954a83de85d4198d)?
